Top Tips For Using FRESHA:
- Download the FRESHA App for easy appointment scheduling from your phone or tablet.
- Please make sure you check and confirm your appointment date and time, to avoid receiving multiple confirmation reminders.
- Once you have confirmed your appointment, you will then receive two reminders: one 72 hours before your appointment and a final one 24 hours before your appointment.
- You can request text or email notifications or even both if you prefer.
- We will be sending some of your consultation forms and consent forms through the system so make sure you have selected at least one method to send you these.

We ask that you confirm your appointment to make sure you are happy with the day and time you have been booked in and to make sure we are in agreement with the booking made.

Why does the system ask for my card details?
When confirming your appointment you ask you to confirm your booking with a card. This is to reserve and secure your booking.
Can staff at Cheshire Lasers see my card details?
We do not have access to your card details. The information is stored securely on the FRESHA system similar to other commonly used booking systems.
Do I have to pay with the card I use online?
No, you can pay with a different card, a voucher or by cash.
Why do I need to enter my card details if I have already paid for my treatment?
If your treatment is part of a course and you have prepaid for your treatment you will not be charged for your treatment. However, the system will still ask you to enter your details to reserve your appointment slot.
So why do you need my card details?
Should you not attend your appointment without cancelling, the system will charge the agreed 50% no show fee.
If you cancel your appointment late within 48 hours of your appointment time the system will charge you the 30% late cancellation fee, although you can pay with a different card over the phone if you prefer.
