Directions for using ZO Skin Health Wrinkle + Texture 0.3%:

Suitable for both new and experienced retinol users. If you are new to retinol, begin gradually. After cleansing, apply to clean, dry skin on alternate days and increase to daily as your skin tolerates it. Your ZO practitioner will give you a routine tailored to your skin.
